You scream, I scream, we all scream.. for the best Ninja CREAMI Low Fat Chocolate Ice Cream! I’ve been using my Ninja CREAMI Deluxe 11 in 1 Ice Cream Maker for the last 6 months and I’m so attached to it. Here’s the low fat Chocolate Ice Cream that I make on repeat. It tastes just like a Wendy’s Frosty! You only need 2 ingredients and 24 hours to make this happen. Per serving, it’s 2.5g of fat.

Reasons Why I like the Ninja CREAMI Deluxe 11 in 1 Ice Cream Maker

With the Ninja® CREAMi® Deluxe, you can turn almost anything into ice cream and so much more. Make classic CREAMi® treats like ice cream, sorbet, gelato, and mix-in masterpieces. And now, make new CREAMi® scoopable and drinkable treats like Italian ice, Slushi, Creamiccino™, frozen yogurt, and frozen drinks right at home. Most of the time, I make light ice cream or sorbet, so I may have to try making some other types of treats.

To make this delicious low fat chocolate ice cream….which really does taste like a Wendy’s Frosty, here’s what you’re going to do!

You’ll need:

2 Cups True Moo Low Fat Chocolate Milk (2 cups) – any brand is fine, but to make it low fat, stick to 2.5 MG fat per serving (1% milk). Fairlife will also work.
1/2 Package Jello Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix

Remember to pull out your immersion blender (use the whisk attachment if you have one).
I had the Braun Immersion blender for years, but it recently broke. I bought the Bella Immersion Blender this summer and the whisk attachment is amazing.
A Ninja CREAMI Pint – I bought some extra ones from Amazon.
Ninja CREAMI Deluxe Ice Cream Maker

Instructions:

I made this in my Ninja CREAMI Deluxe.
I added approximately 2 cups of low fat chocolate milk into my pint.

Add 1/2 a package of Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix .
Whisk using the whisk attachment on your Bella Immersion Blender together and freeze for 12-24 hours (I usually make this at night and mix it in my CREAMI it the next night).

When it’s frozen and ready, spin in it your Ninja CREAMI Deluxe on the Light Ice Cream Setting. It should look crumbly when you check it. Run it through 2 more times and it will taste and look exactly like a Wendy’s Frosty (but much less fat and calories!).

The texture is a little firmer than a Frosty, but not hard like a regular ice cream in the pint. Enjoy! I couldn’t believe how rich this ice cream tasted and how low fat it was (2.5g of fat per cup!)

Creamy Chocolate Ice Cream - Ninja CREAMI

You can customize this recipe, of course. Add some chocolate peanut butter powder to get that chocolate peanut butter flavor, add some strawberry or raspberry flavoring, or even add some chocolate mint flavoring. Sky’s the limit!

[…] If you’re looking for easy low-fat chocolate recipes, this one’s for you. To keep it dairy-free, swap almond milk for coconut milk or use a nut-free alternative. The recipe is THM Deep S, low-carb, and free from gluten and sugar. You can add vanilla extract or frozen fruit for a fun twist. For a creamy texture, add vegetable glycerin.
