I absolutely adore my Instant Pot. It’s been a game changer in the way I cook — it’s shortened the time I spend cooking without sacrificing flavor. Plus, my husband loves what I make in it – he never really loved my slow cooker and always complained things were “bland”.

I can also make sweet potatoes very easily — no more baking it for an hour.
