BabyBjorn Bouncer Balance: Where Happy Babies Like to Sit

My husband and I live in a really tiny apartment with two kids and an infant, so between all of the toys and baby gear you can only imagine how packed and stuffed it is. I have to constantly come up with creative storage space so that we’re not always stepping on things. Naturally, my favorite items are those that can be folded and put away to make space for those times my daughter wants to play in her pop-up tent or when my son wants to put train tracks all across the living room and beyond. And being a busy mom who is constantly multi-tasking, there are times when I just have to put the baby down. The BabyBjörn Bouncer Balance is a bouncy seat that not only folds up and can be easily stored, but also has three recline positions. (Read more after the jump)

I recently received the BabyBjörn Bouncer Balance for review and have been using it every single day with my three-month-old. There are so many things I love about it! First of all, it has three recline positions: play, rest and sleep.

In addition, unlike other bouncy seats, it has no batteries so the baby moves by himself and creates the motion. This teaches infants cause and effect, an important stage in infant development.

The babysitter balance has another unique feature: it grows with your baby. It holds up to 29 lbs. (two years) and you can remove the safety straps to turn it into a toddler chair.

I also love its clean, modern look and that the seat cover is reversible. It comes in a variety of colors and three machine-washable fabrics: cotton mix, organic and airy mesh, which is ideal for warmer climates.

You can also purchase a wooden toy bar separately. My son loves playing with his toy bar.You can purchase the BabyBjörn Bouncer Balance here. The wooden toy bar can be purchased here.

I was not compensated for this post. I received a sample.
