Review: petiteBox – Your Monthly Delivery of the Hottest Products!

05/31/2012 by Maytal

by Contributing Blogger Maytal Wichman

There’s something exciting about getting packages in the mail, even if you know what they are. But when you don’t know – when the contents of the package are changing every month and all you know is that you’ll be getting some awesome things for you and your baby – well, this makes it even more exciting! petiteBox can provide you with your fix of cool packages to open on a monthly basis! (Read more after the jump).

Here’s how it works: every month, you’ll receive a box of hand-picked ‘mommy and baby’ health and beauty products. From beauty and bath products for mom to the newest innovations for baby. Many of the products are new to the market. Each box is specifically tailored to your stage of pregnancy (from 17 weeks) or age of baby (up to 12 months old) so that it is as appropriate and personalized as possible. The focus of the petiteBox contents is nurturing babies as well as pampering moms, so new and expectant moms are getting the best products to enhance their natural maternal glow.

All the products are carefully selected by industry experts who are searching the market for the best and highest quality products out there. The products are chosen based on a variety of factors including safety, eco-friendliness, design and exclusivity. petiteBox’s brand partners include basq, Good Home Company, Little Pim and new-to-market brands Earth Friendly Baby and momma.

What’s included? 4-7 products and samples of everything you’ll need, from skin creams and lotions, to baby accessories and clothing. Many petiteBox samples are full-size but you may also receive trial packs. Inside the box you will also find plenty of information on the products that are included, as well as instructions on how to use them correctly. There will also be tips and tricks from a team of experts including midwives, medical practitioners, stylists and beauty experts.

The price of the subscription is $25 per month and includes free shipping. You can join here.

I was not paid for this post. I did receive a gift bag.

Contributing Blogger Maytal Wichman is the owner of Mama’s Healthy Bites and also writes for Savvy Sassy Moms. She has been living in New York City for eleven years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature as well as a Law Degree, but writing about nutrition and helping families eat better is her true passion. She grew up in both California and Israel, which explains her love for California cuisine (fresh, local ingredients), as well as Mediterranean food (flavorful, heart-healthy ingredients). Maytal is a stay-at-home mom to two kids (ages 5 & 3) and works hard to ensure they eat healthy, unprocessed food, while trying to make it as delicious as possible. Married to a vegetarian and being a pescetarian herself, this can be quite a challenge. On an ordinary night at her dinner table, you can hear things like “More cauliflower, please!”, “How come I didn’t get a lot of tomato?” and “Fish oil! Yaaaay!”
