I’ve trying to really focus on my health and self-care this year. As I climb into another year of my forties, it’s been harder and harder to get myself back to where I want to be. There’s always the usual excuses — kids, work, life. This summer I made a drastic change and started really eating very cleanly and exercising. While I started online, I actually liked following it better in the book form. It clearly showed me how to do every single part of the program in a clear and concise way. I sometimes stress about following directions and understanding them — but this was crystal clear, and I was able to start at my level and move up.
I started in the pre-training (yeah, it’s been a while since I did anything but cardio, and the guide comes with 4 weeks of bonus pre-training program to get people or beginners like me started!). Through the weeks, I’ve been moving up and I have been getting fitter. While I don’t want to reveal my exact results yet, I’m happy to feel better and seeing my scale go down.

I even have fun with it — I’m enjoying the exercises like SUMO Squats! Now, it will get easier to do the exercises as you go, but I am building strength and I feel so much better.
Now for the results. While I’m only on week 3 of the program (since I did two weeks of the pre-program to get myself up to speed), I’m down by 5 lbs (which is a total of 11 pounds so far) since mid-July.
I really do think that Body Boss is helping me change my body and I can’t wait to do the entire 12 weeks of BodyBoss!! I also feel stronger and much healthier!!
