I am a little obsessed with cherries, so I whipped this up the other night using my trusty vitamix. If you don’t have a vitamix, you can still use any blender, just make sure your frozen fruit is cut up. It’s non-dairy, vegan, gluten free, and absolutely delicious!.
It was so good! After I made it, I put it in my Tovolo Ice Cream Tub, but you can put it into any plastic container. I topped my ice cream with cacao nibs and sliced almonds. Yum!
4 Ingredient Vegan Cherry Ice Cream
- 1 bag frozen cherries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 1/2 cup coconut water can sub in almondmilk or any nut milk
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup can sub in 1 packet stevia
- Freeze for 3 hours
