by Nancy Johnson Horn, Editor —

image001 copyPBS KIDS is premiering an all-new special on January 20th called DINOSAUR TRAIN “Nature Trackers Adventure Camp!” PBS KIDS and everyone’s favorite Pteranodon family are taking kids and parents on an excursion in– an all new one-hour special featuring four new stories about nature and adventures in varying geographic locations. Kids are invited to learn about geography and paleontology during the on-air special.

PBS KIDS will feature clips and full stories from “Nature Trackers Adventure Camp” online at pbskids.org/video, on the free PBS KIDS Video App and on the PBS KIDS Roku channel.

Kids will learn about erosion and the importance of rivers, how high altitudes affect how animals breathe and make it hard for trees and plants to grow, about rainforests,  and also how canyons are formed.

Disclosure: I am a PBS KIDS VIP. I was not compensated for this post.
