Sometimes it’s hotdogs and baked fries with beans or I cut up some weiners and mix with beans

Crockpot chicken tacos, sandwiches or leftovers are easy ones in our house. Crockpot tacos are super easy and doesn’t have to cook all day if I forget to start it in the morning.

When kids are visiting, my go-to meal is mac and cheese. Seems that all kids like it. I boost the flavor and nutrition by adding pureed carrots or squash.

If we’re crunched for time, breakfast food is an easy fix for dinner.
