Cherry Vegan Ice Cream with Just 4 Ingredients!

I am a little obsessed with cherries, so I whipped this up the other night using my trusty vitamix. If you don’t have a vitamix, you can still use any blender, just make sure your frozen fruit is cut up. It’s non-dairy, vegan, gluten free, and absolutely delicious!.

It was so good! After I made it, I put it in my Tovolo Ice Cream Tub, but you can put it into any plastic container. I topped my ice cream with cacao nibs and sliced almonds. Yum!

• 1 bag frozen cherries
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 1/2 cup coconut water can sub in almondmilk or any nut milk
• 1 teaspoon agave syrup can sub in 1 packet stevia
