BOOST Glucose Control from Nestle Helps Me Keep on Track During My Busy Life

As I’ve mentioned in some prior blog posts recently, I have pre-diabetes and right now and may be at risk of being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I reach for a bottle of BOOST Glucose Control® from Nestle so I can fuel myself and not spike my blood sugar. At the end of my post, I’ve even got a coupon for you! BOOST Glucose Control Helps Me Keep on Track During My Busy Life

If you aren’t familiar, BOOST Glucose Control® from Nestle has a unique blend of protein, fat, and carbs. It has been clinically shown to help manage blood sugar levels versus a standard nutritional drink in people with Type 2 Diabetes. My favorite is the Chocolate Sensation.

My father has Type 2 Diabetes, and I see what he goes through. I am doing everything I can to stay healthy, which includes seeing my primary care doctor every two months to make sure my blood sugar is still in the proper range and my A1C hasn’t gone over a certain number. I am exercising and watching what I eat.

BOOST Glucose Control® from Nestle drinks are perfect for me when I’m on the go (which is often). This way, I’m not tempted to stop at a drive-thru restaurant and possibly make a poor choice. I usually stash one in my purse or backpack so if I get hungry, I’m covered. I’ve even enjoyed it with a piece of whole wheat toast with almond butter (yum) if I really need to fuel up for my day.

I really like that BOOST Glucose Control® from Nestle is lower in carbs (16 grams of carbs including 4 grams of sugars—and that’s considered 1 carb choice). I am lactose sensitive, and BOOST Glucose Control® is suitable for individuals with lactose intolerance. They are also gluten-free and have 16 grams of protein to help maintain muscle, 3 grams of fiber, and calcium and Vitamin D to support strong bones, are only 190 calories, and contain 25 vitamins and minerals for nutrition. Did you also know you can whip up some really low-sugar and low-carb smoothies with BOOST Glucose Control® drinks? Boost’s website has some delicious options!
