Upcoming Show: Story Pirates Bring Improv and Laughter to NYC

01/16/2019 by Maytal

Critically-acclaimed improv troupe Story Pirates is coming to New York and will be holding two of their flagship show performances this winter. For those not familiar with Story Pirates, they are a group of actors/comedians who perform improvised shows based on stories written by kids. Aside from their flagship show, Story Pirates also have a popular podcast (consistently voted top podcast for kids), as well as a new chapter book coming out. How cool is that? Upcoming Show: Story Pirates Bring Improv and Laughter to NYC

Are your kids into podcasts? The Story Pirates podcasts can be found here. You can listen to their podcasts, as well as submit a story. Pretty cool, right?

Their new book, Digging Up Danger, is written in collaboration with Jaqueline West, best-selling author of award-winning fantasy series, The Books of Elsewhere. You can purchase the book here. If you’re in the area, there’s a book launch on 1/23 at 7pm at Book Culture, 450 Columbus Ave.
