Peppermint Bark Greek Yogurt Parfait

12/20/2015 by The Mama Maven

sponsored post disclosure

The other day I posted about how I stay energized with ZonePerfect Perfectly Simple bars when I’m constantly on the go. ZonePerfect Perfectly Simple Peppermint Bark bars are a great snack to get you in the holiday spirit while staying on track leading up to the holidays and the new year. Since I try to make sure I amping up my protein intake, if I do have time for breakfast, enjoying a my ZonePerfect Perfect Simple bars with vanilla greek yogurt and berries always puts me in a wonderful mood. It’s quick, easy, healthy, and delicious (win-win’s all around). Plus the bars add 10g of protein and are gluten free.

It also works well for a healthy dessert alternative and yes, you can totally serve it to friends! I would totally go for as a smart swap over unhealthy treats at a holiday party.
