How to Stay Energized When Things Are Super Busy

Right now, everyone is busy getting ready for the holidays. Finishing up work so they can take time off to be with family. I’m always on the go, but lately I feel like I am just not stopping for a second. That means I also forget to make sure I have enough protein to keep me satisfied. Lately I’ve been keeping ZonePerfect Bars with me so I can stay full of energy and keep myself on track during this crazy busy holiday season.

ZonePerfect has released special seasonal-inspired flavors of Peppermint Bark and Pumpkin Chai for a limited time only. Which means grab them while you can — ZonePerfect Perfectly Simple Bars has 10G of protein and they’re gluten free. And they’re totally delicious.

The Pumpkin Chai…. really tasted like Pumpkin Chai (full of that spiced pumpkin taste (we’re all crazy about) with a smoky chai undertone). Now if I just had a PSL latte with it…

The Peppermint Bark was the perfect blend of chocolate and peppermint flavor.

You’ll see real peppermint in ZonePerfect Perfectly Simple Peppermint Bark bars

ZonePerfect Perfectly Simple Peppermint Bark and Pumpkin Chai bars are a great way to indulge in holiday sweets, without the guilt (because they are under 200 calories and have 10 G of protein).

ZonePerfect’s Perfectly Simple bars are a perfect fit for anytime when you need to make sure your energy levels stay up. Whether it’s at work (finishing up projects) or getting ready for the neighbors to pop over for an eggnog.

ZonePerfect bars are available online and in-stores.

Buy on Amazon.

So how do you stay energized when things are super busy?
