Pablo’s Picks: Ezy Dog Quick Fit Harness #PetProductReviews

06/12/2012 by The Mama Maven

If you’re just clicking onto this blog, you may not know we have a canine reviewer named Pablo, who is a minature pincher.

Pet Product: Ezy Dog Quick Fit Harness ($22)

Construction/Durability
I love that it does not have to be adjusted each time and only takes one quick click to buckle it on. This way, when I really need to go outside, I am not waiting for my mom to fuss around with my harness before we are ready to make a move for the door! It also has reflective stitching so that cars and people can see me at night. I love things that keep me safe! (Read more after the jump)

Comfort/Ease
This harness is easy to put on and you really only need to adjust each strap once. Once you make the adjustments, the straps are sturdy enough so that they keep their shape. It also does not pinch or chafe, which is a common problem with many other harnesses. No one wants their fur rubbed off and this harness keeps my fur right where it belongs- on me! I also love the chest strap- since once my mom adjusted it, and then slid the soft neoprene sleeve over it, it does not cut into my skin and it stays comfortably in place. It has an ID tag holder too, which is really clever and really means that a collar is no longer necessary. My mom is just being extra safe and secure, so I still need to wear both. It also has a clever grab handle at the top, which can also help mom airlift me to safety if needed in the dog park. Since it fits really securely, I still won’t slide out of it and can’t even pull out of it when trying to drag my mom with me to the dog park. With other harnesses, I have been able to pull back and squirm out- not this one!

Where to buy
Available at independent pet stores nationwide and on EzyDog’s website. There is also a helpful Dealer Locator on the
site, which you can find at http://store.ezydog.com/pages/store-locator.html

One very minor flaw
I wish it sat a little further back on my body, rather than right under my doggy armpits. That is the one spot where sometimes I have a little rubbing if I am out running around in it all day.

Overall, this is an AWESOME harness.

More reviews soon- xoxox Pablo

Pablo Ruiz Goldstein, Canine Reviewer, was born on May 19, 2009 to Mo’s Fancy Pants and Way Mars Black Candy in Pennsylvania. For the first few months of my life, Mishawaka, Indiana was his home until his mom Jenny adopted him. She swooped in with Auntie Caryn (www.carynleighphotography.com) to pick him up. When he first got to NYC, he was so sick and small, but mommy and Dr. Obernesser (http://uptownvetsnyc.com/) saved his life. Now he’s big, strong, shiny and frisky and a healthy 15 lbs, almost double his  lowest weight at seven months of 8 lbs.

Pablo LOVES to review roducts. Please friend me on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/pabloruiz.goldstein?ref=t or let email themamamaven@gmail.com   if there are any new products you want him to check out.
