As this point in my mobile phone-using life, I’ve tried a lot of portable power options. But, I haven’t found something that really works for my on-the-go existence. Until now. Halo2Cloud offers the Pocket Power 5500 ($21) and it will keep you powered up.
The Pocket Power 5500 comes with two cables attached, a USB cable and a mini USB cable (plus some tips so you can use other devices also) — so you can charge android devices, blackberrys, tablets, GPS, Bluetooth devices, etc. If you want to charge your IOS device, simply plug in your apple cable (either the Lightning Cable for the iPhone 5 or 5S or the 30 Pin Cable for an older IOS Device).
Charging:
You can use the USB cable to charge the Pocket Power 5500 – just plug it into an AC adapter (my apple one works fine). If you are going out for the day, make sure you give the Power Power 5500 enough time to fully charge, I’d recommend 3-4 hours just to be safe (you want to make sure the three lights on the power indicator are a steady blue).
This portable charger from Halo2Cloud packs a punch with 5,500mAh.
Charges all mobile phones (may need to use the cable provided with your device), gaming systems, Bluetooth devices and more in about 2 hours.
Includes:
- USB Cable with 2 Interchangeable Tips (Mini USB and Micro USB)
- Input and output cables built-in
- Standard USB outlet to accept other cables (like the Apple cables)
- UL Tested and Approved. Measurements 3″W x 4″L x .5″W
Tip for Usage:
Make sure your Pocket Power 55oo is completely powered up before you go (charge for at least 2 hours or so) and if you use a IOS device, make sure you take your cable with you.
Verdict:
The Pocket Power 5200 is great to keep you powered on the go, plus it’s light enough to carry easily.
