Get Ready for School and Avoid Sick Days with Erba Vita Products

08/07/2013 by Maytal

by Senior Reviewer Maytal Wichman

As I’m getting ready for the new school year, I’m starting to look into fall clothes which makes me think about the cold weather and everything it brings with it: sniffling, sneezing, fever and all that fun stuff. This year I’m well-prepared: Erba Vita has a line of all-natural products made especially for kids that can help them get through the school year and all of the ailments it brings. (Read more after the jump)

Erba Vita is an Italian company that’s been around for over 30 years and now has products available in the US. It has a line of all-natural products that treat a variety of issues, such as weight-loss and detox, dealing with stress, mood and digestive issues, supporting the immune system, as well as treating women’s health issues. Erba Vita uses ingredients that are derived from nature – mostly herbs and plant extracts, as well as vitamins. All of the products are non-GMO, made without chemical solvents, artificial colors or preservatives and are vegetarian.

Erba Vita also has a line of kids’ products that come in liquid form. Please check with your kids’ pediatrician before giving them to your kids. Here are the products:

Immun Kids – supports a healthy immune system

Throaty Kids – supports a healthy respiratory track

Quiet Kids – supports a healthy night’s sleep

Lax Kids – supports healthy intestinal function

Gassy Kids – supports intestinal comfort and the healthy elimination of gas

Since my kids are not sick now, thankfully, I wanted to try Erba Vita for myself. I haven’t been eating very well this summer; having the kids with me all day means I’m always eating on the run and I’ve been having some digestive issues. I tried the Gastro, which supports a healthy stomach and esophagus and the Digest, which supports a healthy digestive system. The tablets are chewable and taste a little like a mix of herbs (which isn’t surprising because that’s what they are). I took both every day and after a few weeks I noticed an improvement in gas pains. I know it’s not an alternative to eating regular, healthy meals but it’s a temporary solution for those times in your life when you don’t have the option of eating better.

You can buy Erba Vita products at Whole Foods or on Amazon.

I was not compensated for this post. I receive samples.
