Activelink & Weight Watchers, a Perfect Combo to Ramp Up Your Activity

12/21/2012 by The Mama Maven

I wear a FitBit pedometer every day, but I’m excited to see test out ActiveLink – which will work with my Weight Watchers Plan. ActiveLink is a small, but powerful activity monitor that will track activity wherever I go and upload the info to Etools, to help me keep motivated. (Read More after the jump).

I’ll be wearing the small ActiveLink monitor clipped to my bra and it will track all of my activity. Since But unlike a regular pedometer or FitBit, it will let me know how many activity PointsPlus values I’m earning. The personalized site creates an activity goal and provides information and motivation to help me achieve my goal over a 12-week period. And when I reach one goal, it will help me set, and reach, another.

It’s about all aspects in life, not only workouts.

Remember, in order to sign up for an ActiveLink subscription, you must have a WeightWatchers eTools, Weight Watchers Online or Monthly Pass subscription. Those WeightWatchers.com subscribers who sign up for ActiveLink can sync the monitor with their accounts, and their activity PointsPlus values will be uploaded into the Plan Manager. (You’ll still be able to swap or not swap Activity PointsPlus values for food in the same way.)

Thank you to Weight Watchers for giving me an ActiveLink + Monthly Subscription for review purposes.
