I am pretty excited about this, I had a great week on Weight Watchers and I’m down 2.6 lbs! This does include the Thanksgiving week (I couldn’t attend my meeting last week due to the holiday).
What I did different:
Got my steps in: I walked, as much as possible. Getting more steps in definitely helped. Weight Watchers just sent me their new Active Link Pedometer, which I will be testing out.
I had a plan for Thanksgiving:
I didn’t overeat at Thanksgiving and was happy about it. Stuffing is my favorite (and my father’s recipe is awesome). So I allowed myself a good helping of stuffing, only had a little gravy, and a little candied yams. I filled up on turkey, veggies and fruits and only had a small piece of pumpkin pie (ignoring the white chocolate peanut butter cheesecake, and apple pie).
Total Weight Loss, since I started (first with Weight Watchers online and then I added the in person meetings) is 10 LBS!!
