How many times has this happened to you? You’re at home and your cell phone starts ringing… and you can’t find it. You tear your house apart and end up missing your call. But what if your landline could help by letting you pick your cell’s calls on right on your handset? And you could have extra handsets in other places in your home, by just plugging the base in right into a regular outlet.Pansonic’s Link2Cell technology harnesses the power of Bluetooth® to combine a cell phone with the convenience of a home phone.
I recently received a sample Panasonic Link2Cell cordless phone system with three handsets to test out. It operates together with my iPhone, allowing me to make and receive cell phone calls though the multi-handset home phone system with Panasonic’s unique Bluetooth-powered Panasonic Link-to-Cell. And I love it. No more missed calls and I can hear much better on it than on my iPhone’s handset (seriously).
This means, if someone calls me on my cell (and I have my bluetooth on), it will ring on the Panasonic handset. I can also make outgoing cell calls (and it lets me use my cell phone address book). It’s a total win/win. I can hear so much better than on my cell!
The version I tested came with one base handset and two additional handsets. You only need to plug the base in and then the extra handsets can be plugged into regular power outlets. Which is great because you don’t have to make sure there are telephone jacks all over. I put one in our den and one in our bedroom.
I can vouch that the handsets are great for conference calls (just hit the speaker button) to chat.. I’m also impressed with the battery life. It came with batteries (yeah!) and I can keep my phones out of the charger for hours and hours and the batteries do not run down.

· Base unit features a convenient USB charging port to charge your smartphone while talking on the Link2Cell handset.
· Text Message (SMS) Alert notifies a user of received text message on your cell phone through an alert on your cordless handset.
