I make perfect latkes every year… want to know how?
My mother in law, Barbara, taught me to use the mix and grate a russet potato into it.
Follow the directions on the box — beat two eggs and then add two cups of water and then add the two packages of latke mix.
Let it rest for ten minutes and then grate one russet potato in it. Cook in either olive oil or canola oil.. and voila’ perfect latkes!
Serve with applesauce or sour cream.
