Review: Anolon Nouvelle Copper Cookware – You need this!

05/26/2012 by The Mama Maven

Good cookware is something to crow about! I reviewed Anolon Nouvelle Copper Cookware’s 10 inch skillet on Mommies With Style last February and loved it —  but with a family of 5, it’s too small for cooking for the whole crowd. So I asked to test out the 12 inch Skillet ($99) and was thrilled with it’s performance. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5, this skillet is big enough to make batches of pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc.. Even after a year of using the 10 inch skillet, it looks brand new (no knicks, scratches, or signs of wear). (Read more after the jump).

Features:

  • The double full cap base features a copper core, enveloped between aluminum, completed with a magnetized stainless steel base. The copper and aluminum provide excellent heat conduction, and the stainless steel base makes this cookware suitable for all cooktops, including induction.
  • Restaurant tested
  • The nonstick skillet delivers easy food release and easy cleaning, and is metal utensil safe.
  •  Oven safe to 500º F.
  • Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Buy it on Anolon’s website or Amazon.
