Avitae Caffeinated Water: Caffeine + Hydration is Pure Genius!

08/28/2018 by The Mama Maven

This post was sponsored by Avitae Caffeinated Water as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

I was a coffee addict. Boy, did I love it! Until a health issue stopped my much loved morning habit. But, I can’t function without some caffeine every day (hello, three kids who love to get up very early). I need caffeine in the morning and I also need it around 3pm to avoid that afternoon slump. I have a very busy life (who doesn’t) so I need to make sure I have energy. So when I was asked to try out Avitae Caffeinated Water, I was intrigued. Could I get the caffeine I need and still stay hydrated? is a healthy way to get hydration with a natural caffeine boost. If you do drink sodas, teas, energy drinks, or coffee with cream and sugar and you’re looking for a healthier choice –  Avitae may be for you. It’s made with purified water and natural caffeine from green coffee beans — and it has zero calories and zero sugars. But how does it taste? Could this be something I can start my day with?Avitae Caffeinated Water: Caffeine + Hydration is Pure Genius!

The flavored sparkling and flavored waters were very subtle – with just a touch of flavor. It’s not super sweet and the flavor really enhanced the beverage. I was hooked from sip one.

What I liked this is that I felt very hydrated after drinking Avitae — which is the opposite of when you drink something normally with caffeine (usually it dries me out).

There are different levels of caffeine in Avitae’s beverages, so pick the one that’s right for you. Caffeine levels vary from a half-cup of coffee (45mg), to one cup (90mg), or one and a half cups (125mg). You can easily figure out what level you want and keep that on hand to go. I usually have one at breakfast and I try to keep one bottle in my backpack as I go about my day. I enjoy that later in the day, around 3pm.

Curious about the Differenrt Caffeine Levels in Avitae Caffeinated Water?

There’s 3 kinds currently (with many different delicious flavors): Energy Kick (with 45mg of natural caffeine), Energy Boost (with 90mg of natural caffeine – that’s like a standard cup of coffee) and  Energy Blast (125mg of natural caffeine).
