How to Banish Flu and Cold From Your Home

10/26/2018 by The Mama Maven

This is a sponsored post, thanks for supporting The Mama Maven Blog!

My family and I take vitamins, we’ve all had the flu shot, but I’m still pretty scared of us all getting sick. With my oldest son’s Type 1 Diabetes, if one of us gets sick and he catches it –  it most likely means a hospital stay for him. So, even more than usual, I am just determined to banish cold and flu from my house. have a plan — one of the brands I will be turning to is Boiron USA, which is the world leader in homeopathic medicines. I had heard of their very popular top-selling flu medicine, Oscillococcinum, which works best when taken at the first sign of flu-like symptoms, but I hadn’t tried their line of cough and cold relief medicines. I got to take some of their products home at the Moms’ Night Out with Momtrends and Parents Magazine and put it to good a few days later after with my youngest child and myself came down with the sniffles last week. Did it work? Read on. Keep Flu and Colds Away with Boiron Flu and Cold Homeopathic Medicines | The Mama Maven Blog

Because I had it in my closet, I pulled out I decided to pull out the Children’s ColdCalm to see if it would help both of us. I was afraid my youngest child would refuse to even take it – because he is very picky. To my surprise, he agreed to try it. And he actually liked it. Which is HUGE! It comes in little pellets that you put under your tongue. Both my son and I felt better almost immediately. Three little containers come in a pack. They are around the size of lip balm, so be careful not to misplace it!

How scary that the cold or flu can put your son in the hospital! I’d be extra vigilant too. You offered lots of great tips here on how to stay healthy and flu-free!
