Nature’s Path Foods Are Delicious and Healthy

05/04/2013 by The Mama Maven

Healthy cereals for kids are are organic and non-GMO? Yes! We absolutely love Nature’s Path. They offer some terrific foods and even have a great line for kids, EnviroKidz. We recently checked out their  Gorilla Munch, Panda Puffs, and brown rice bars. Gorilla Munch are cornmeal puffs that are gluten free, and have 2 grams of fiber and 2 grams of protein. The Panda Puffs similar, but have peanut butter flavor. Since we are peanut butter lovers in our house, the Panda Puffs were a little more popular. We also loved that 1% off all EnviroKidz sales go back to helping the planet. (Read More)

Nature’s Path Granola also went over very well. With 25 grams of whole grain, 8 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of protein, this was a great breakfast choice for my family.

My absolute favorite Nature’s Path product is their Qi’a (pronounced Kee-ah) Superfood Cereal made with Chia, Hemp and Buckwheat, in their Cranberry Vanilla flavor. It’s full of plant-based Protein, Fiber and ALA Omegas. You actually don’t need more than 2 tbsps. Put your cereal to the bowl, add in milk (whatever kind you want – cow’s milk, soy, rice or almond milk) and let it sit for a few minutes (it will plump up). It’s also gluten free.

Look for Nature’s Path in grocery stores and online. Here’s a store locator.
Thank you to Nature’s Path for sending samples for review purposes.
