Korean BBQ (Kalbi) Recipe in the Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • Beef Short Ribs at least 2 lbs
  • Korean BBQ Sauce You can make it or use my recipe
  • Cut up carrots or you can use baby carrots

Instructions
 

  • Cut the short short ribs into bite sized pieces
  • Place the short ribs and Korean BBQ Sauce into the Instant Pot
  • Turn and lock the top of the Instant Pot.
  • Make sure the pressure release valve is closed.
  • Choose the Beef/Stew Setting and add time so it's 40 minutes
  • After the timer is up, open the vent and let is release until the steam stops
  • Open the lid and add the carrots
  • Use the manual setting to cook the short ribs for 15 minutes
  • After the timer is up, open the vent and let is release until the steam stops
  • Serve over white or brown rice (which you can make in the Instant Pot also -- recipe coming) or you can add bean paste and wrap it lettuce leaves.
