Scrumptious Chicken Soup With Rice

  • 1 Chicken use either organic or kosher
  • 1 package Soup Greens most supermarkets should offer this, it's carrots, celery, a turnip, parsnip, and herbs, packaged together.
  • 1 package organic baby carrots
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1/2 package celery
  • 3 Containers Chicken Stock or use chicken boullon cubes and water
  • 8 Cups water


  • Cut up whole chicken with scissors
  • Open Soup Greens package and peel carrots, turnip, and parsnip
  • Peel onion and cut into quarters
  • Cut up celery
  • Add in chicken stock
  • Add water
  • Simmer for 3 hours.
  • Skim fat off top
  • Skim out onion pieces (if you wish)
  • Before you serve, heat up Vetee Rice and then add to soup.
