Gather your ingredients. I used whole wheat rotini pasta and I bought the grilled chicken (already made). I cut up the orange pepper. Mix the chicken, peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes into the pasta. Set aside.
Make your dressing -- add together one part olive oil to one part balsamic vinegar. I apologize for not measuring this. Start with 1/4 cup of each and if it's not enough, add more.
Whisk together and then add to your pasta salad. Mix well and serve!
