Ingredients

box of Cybele's Free-to-Eat grain free
high protein superfood pasta (I chose the Green version for this).
2
yellow squash
1
container of mushrooms
Olive Oil to taste
Shredded carrots
Goat Cheese
or any cheese your kids will eat
Garlic to taste
Instructions
Prepare your pasta and set aside.
Cut up squash and mushrooms
Sautee veggies together with olive oil and garlic until soft
Toss veggies, a little olive oil, and pasta together
Top with cheese and serve!
