Gluten-Free Cheesy Rotini with Veggies

  • 1 box of Cybele's Free-to-Eat grain free high protein superfood pasta (I chose the Green version for this).
  • 2 yellow squash
  • 1 container of mushrooms
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Shredded carrots
  • Goat Cheese or any cheese your kids will eat
  • Garlic to taste


  • Prepare your pasta and set aside.
  • Cut up squash and mushrooms
  • Sautee veggies together with olive oil and garlic until soft
  • Toss veggies, a little olive oil, and pasta together
  • Top with cheese and serve!
