Gluten-Free Cheesy Rotini with Veggies

- 1 box of Cybele's Free-to-Eat grain free high protein superfood pasta (I chose the Green version for this).
- 2 yellow squash
- 1 container of mushrooms
- Olive Oil to taste
- Shredded carrots
- Goat Cheese or any cheese your kids will eat
- Garlic to taste
Prepare your pasta and set aside.
Cut up squash and mushrooms
Sautee veggies together with olive oil and garlic until soft
Toss veggies, a little olive oil, and pasta together
Top with cheese and serve!
