Gluten Free Funfetti Donuts

Ingredients
  

  • Preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Add all the ingredients together in a mixer I used my Kitchen Aid
  • Pour into a non-stick donut pan I borrowed an additonal one from my neighbor.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes.
  • It made 1 dozen donuts - with some leftover dough. I probably could have gotten a few more donuts out of it. Note: These are cake-like donuts. We topped them with strawberries and whipped cream so we didn't make the glaze that's in Jennifer's recipe.
