Red White and Blue No Bake Cheesecake Parfaits

Based on a Kraft Recipe - Nancy Johnson Horn, The Mama Maven Blog

Ingredients
  

  • Marshmallow Creme- 14 oz container
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 cups strawberries
  • 2 - 8 – ounce packages cream cheese
  • 20 Chocolate chip cookies crushed (use a package)
  • 2 tablespoons of milk

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, milk, lemon zest and juice in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in marshmallow creme.
  • Reserve about 3 Tbsp. cookie crumbs. Spoon 1 Tbsp. of the remaining cookie crumbs into each of 10 parfait glasses; top with 2 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture. Cover with layers of strawberries, remaining cookie crumbs, remaining cream cheese mixture and blueberries.
