Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Wings (From Frozen)

Cuisine American

Ingredients

  • Frozen Chicken Wings (I used around 6-8 at a time in my air fryer)

  • PAM Spray Pump Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (or oil for spritzing your air fryer basket and wings -- a Misto will work)

  • BBQ Sauce - I used G Hughes Sugar Free Honey BBQ Sauce

  • Optional: You can brush or coat your wings with any kind of cooking oil you want if you don't want to use an oil spray on your wings.

  • Optional: Italian Parsley for a garnish

Instructions

  • I used frozen wings that I picked up at the grocery store.

Spritz your air fryer with PAM Coconut Oil Spray Pump
Then I placed my wings inside my air fryer basket and put the wings and drumettes near each other, but not touching.
I spritzed the wings and drumettes with some of the PAM Spray pump and then put my air fryer on 360 degrees for 20 minutes.

Shake the basket half way through.
After your wings are done, take them out, place them in a bowl or a container (with a top) and then add your sauce of choice.
I added one of our favorites, BBQ sauce! I used G Hughes Sugar Free Honey BBQ Sauce
You put around 2-3 tablespoons' worth of sauce on the wings.
Put the top on your bowl and shake the bowl, throughly coating the wings.

I topped it with some Italian Parsley just to give it a little zest and voila!
