Air Fryer Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans wild-caught salmon (14.75 oz per can - these are the big cans) you will have to remove the bones and pieces, though my mother-in-law says there is a lot of vitamins in the spine and you can grind
  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs (can use gluten free breadcrumbs)

Instructions
 

  • Try to remove as many bones as possible from the wild caught canned salmon. You can either throw away the spine pieces or mash them up and keep them with the canned salmon.
  • Add the salmon to a bowl.
  • Add the eggs and mix everything together.
  • Then roll the mixture into patties and then dip into breadcrumbs to coat around the patty.
  • Place on a silicone mat and then place into your air fryer.
