Crush cloves of garlic
Cook rice noodles - boil water and drop noodles in for 2 minutes (these cook quickly) and set aside
Heat pan, add garlic and olive oil.
Defrost shrimp in hot water and take the tails off. Add the shrimp and frozen broccoli to the pan and sautée.
Plate up the rice noodles, add shrimp and broccoli, season with Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
