Shrimp & Broccoli over Rice Noodles (Gluten Free)

  • 1 package rice noodles
  • Shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup large frozen cooked shrimp
  • Bragg's Liquid Aminos Soy Sauce Alternative to taste


  • Gather ingredients
  • Crush cloves of garlic
  • Cook rice noodles - boil water and drop noodles in for 2 minutes (these cook quickly) and set aside
  • Heat pan, add garlic and olive oil.
  • Defrost shrimp in hot water and take the tails off. Add the shrimp and frozen broccoli to the pan and sautée.
  • Plate up the rice noodles, add shrimp and broccoli, season with Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
