I used the Copper Chef pan
Saute' ground turkey meat until it's cooked through.
I used a second, smaller pan to saute the onions and vegetables.
I added fajita seasoning with simple ingredients that I could figure out.
In the smaller copper chef pan, saute the veggies.
After they cook for a while and soften, add them to the ground turkey mixture and cook a little longer.
Serve with soft or hard tacos, sour cream, guac, salsa... I set my Copper Chef pan on the table and served from that.
If you prefer or only have one Copper Chef pan, you can cook the onions first and then set aside. Then cook the turkey meat, drain, and then add the veggies and seasoning. Cook through.
