  • Matzoh
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Oregano
  • Toppings of your choice


  • Take a sheet of Matzoh.
  • Toast in toaster oven or regular oven (350 degrees) oven for a few minutes.
  • Spread on ricotta cheese
  • Add tomato sauce
  • Add shredded mozzarella
  • Add a little oregano
  • Add the toppings of your choice.
  • Toast for 5-6 minutes or until melted.
  • Serving size
  • Kids will eat around 1 whole sheet of matzoh pizza (or 2), adults 2- 3 whole matzoh sheets.
  • If you are carbing it out, add the matzah + the tomato sauce and then any toppings. We used a matzoh that was 27 carbs per sheet and then 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
