Yum! Mini Apple Pies in wonton wrappers!

- Wonton wrappers look in the refrigerated section - I used Nasoya's
- Cut up apples
- A pinch of stevia per wonton
- Dab of plant based buttery spread per wonton
- Raisins optional
Use a non stick muffin pan
Use a cooking spray to grease the muffin pan if the one you have isn't non stick
Place a wonton sheet in each each muffin tin
Place cut up apples and raisins in each tin
Place a small dab of Smart Balance or similar omega 3 buttery spread, add a little stevia.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Let cool.
Top with lite cool whip or vanilla ice cream
