Yum! Mini Apple Pies in wonton wrappers!

Ingredients
  

  • Wonton wrappers look in the refrigerated section - I used Nasoya's
  • Cut up apples
  • A pinch of stevia per wonton
  • Dab of plant based buttery spread per wonton
  • Raisins optional

Instructions
 

  • Use a non stick muffin pan
  • Use a cooking spray to grease the muffin pan if the one you have isn't non stick
  • Place a wonton sheet in each each muffin tin
  • Place cut up apples and raisins in each tin
  • Place a small dab of Smart Balance or similar omega 3 buttery spread, add a little stevia.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Let cool.
  • Top with lite cool whip or vanilla ice cream
