Lemony Chicken with STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This delicious chicken recipe calls for a lemon-olive oil marinade.

- 1 pound Chicken use either breast, thighs or drumsticks
- 1/2 Cup STAR Hojiblanca Olive Oil for Poultry/Fish
- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice or use around 3 fresh lemons and squeeze out juice
Make marinade of lemon juice and olive oil.
Whisk together.
Marinate chicken in the marinade for 20 minutes.
Broil chicken on Hi for 20 - 25 minutes (for chicken on the bone), 15 - 20 minutes (for a boneless breast).
Serve with the side dish of your choice.
