Lighter Coffee Frappe

  • Blender


  • 12 -16 oz Cold Brew Coffee - If you don't have cold brew, make your coffee double strength and let it cool down.
  • 1/2 cup Sweetie Ice Cream (or any low in points Ice Cream like Halo Top)
  • 3 tbsps Fat Free Creamer - at least 3-4 tablespoons or use a cup of fat free milk. If possible, use a lower carb milk like Fairlife Ultra Pasturized Skim Milk for 2 points a cup.
  • 1 packed Stevia or Truvia
  • 8-10 ice cubes


  • Take your cold brew coffee, creamer or fat free milk, Sweetie ice cream, stevia or Truvia packet, and ice and blend. Serve!
