Air Fryer Honey Mustard Wings (Sugar Free and Low Carb)

  • I used frozen wings that I picked up at the grocery store and defrosted them in my fridge. 
    Spritz your air fryer with PAM Coconut Oil Spray Pump. Then I placed my wings inside my air fryer basket and put the wings and drumettes near each other, but not touching. 
    I spritzed the wings and drumettes with some of the PAM Spray pump and then put my air fryer on 360 degrees for 20 minutes. 
    Shake the basket half way through. 
    After your wings are done, take them out, place them in a bowl or a container (with a top) and then add your sauce of choice. I added one of our favorites, BBQ sauce! I used G Hughes Sugar Free Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce and Marinade.
    You put around 2-3 tablespoons' worth of sauce on the wings. Put the top on your bowl and shake the bowl, throughly coating the wings.
