Non-Dairy Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream (Ninja CREAMi)
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Almond Breeze Dairy Free Almondmilk, Unsweetened Vanilla
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- Cinnamon to taste
- 2 tbsp Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener to taste
- 1 scoop KOS Vanilla Protein Powder (vegan) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Guar Gum (thickener)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and freeze for 24 hours.
- Then run the mixture through the CREAMi through the lite ice cream setting (since this uses low fat almond milk).
- Respin as needed.
