Sweet & Spicy Cheesy Gluten Free Cornbread

This recipe uses gluten free cornbread mix and Sincerely, Brigitte Cheese: Jalapeno Cilantro cheese.

- Gluten free cornbread mix I used Trader Joe's. If you aren't gluten free, any cornbread mix will do.
- 1/2 of the package Sincerely Brigitte Jalepeno Cilantro Cheese
- 1 egg
- 3/4 milk
- 1 ⁄2 cup oil use canola or vegetable oil
Make cornbread according to directions. Split batter into two bowls. Add 1/4 of the grated Jalepeno Cilantro cheese block to the mix and stir.
Then pour batter into silicone baking cups and top with 1/4 of the grated cheese.
Take the remaining batter and add add 1/4 of the grated Orange Ginger cheese to the mix and stir. Then pour batter into silicone baking cups and top with 1/4 of the grated cheese.
Bake in a 375ºF oven for 20-25 minutes.
