Recipe: Spaghetti Squash with Parmesan

This simple dish of roasted spaghetti squash, buttery spread, and parmesan cheese is mouth-watering and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • Spaghetti Squash
  • Buttery Spread
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to around 400 degrees.
  • Cut a Spaghetti Squash in half (not so easy)
  • Scoop out the seeds and add a little Smart Balance spread. Roast on a cookie sheet (I put Reynolds' Parchment/Foil under it. Roast for 1 hour.
  • Scoop out the flesh-- it will look like spaghetti strands! Add some parmesan cheese and serve!
