[…] While I worked from 9-6, I had 8-9 AM and 6-7 PM to myself as I commuted back and forth to Manhattan. I read e-books and played “Scramble”. Luckily my husband had a lighter work schedule this summer and he took over a lot of parenting duties. In the fall, our babysitter was able to cover more hours as my husband went to work at a different location for his company. While I like working, it was good to know that things were taken care of at home. It sparked more things in me — like a thirst for time with friends. I have heard such amazing things about Mohonk. So many of my friends have gone and told me what a great getaway it is. I would love to go up for a family getaway.
