October is all about creating traditions with your family, such as pumpkin carving, apple picking and going to fall festivals. This year, why not start a new tradition with a special Halloween concert. The second annual PhilharMonster Halloween Concert is being held on October 20th at Symphony Space, as part of their Just Kidding series and will thrill the whole family with selections from Star Wars and Harry Potter!
The performers will be kids from InterSchool Orchestras of New York’s Carnegie Hill Orchestra (ages 8 to 12) and ISO Symphonic Band (ages 12 to 19). They’ll be wearing costumes and the audience is encouraged to wear costumes as well.Here’s a “behind the scenes” look at the ISO:
