]]> Looking to add a little more fiber into your diet? Check out Sneaky Pete’s All Natural Oat Beverage. We recently received some samples and we’re digging it! I’m trying to make sure my children and I have a lot of fiber each day, but sometimes it’s hard. Sneaky Pete’s All Natural Beverage comes in a variety of flavors (apple, grape, mango, peach, and raspberry). Sneaky Pete’s contains 3 grams of dietary oat fiber in each 12 ounce bottle (2 grams are heart healthy soluble fiber). Drinking one bottle of Sneaky Pete’s is equal to eating a bowl of oatmeal. They blend filtered water, natural sweeteners and oat bran concentrate to create a fruit flavored beverage that is all natural and low in calories.

But how does it taste? We really liked it — it tastes like juice. We preferred the apple flavor over the raspberry (which was pretty good too). This is great for people on the go and kids! My toddler is a poor eater these days and needs fiber to keep his little system going. Sneaky Pete’s was a winner with him – he liked the taste and I liked that he was getting more fiber.
