Hi, Since this is supposed to be like the Chicken and Stars soup you buy, I normally don’t add fresh or thawed chicken, I use broth. However, if you had some cooked chicken breast in the house or rotisserie chicken, I’d add it right before you serve it. If you want a real chicken soup recipe, this is my grandmother’s recipe (but not instant pot) https://www.themamamaven.com/family-recipe-grandmas-chicken-noodle-soup/. Good luck!

In the recipe it says “add all the other ingredients….you need to add pasta before you close the lid to seal.” Then after the 7 minutes are up and you quick release you then say that you have to add the pasta and then high pressure for 1 minute with 10-15 minutes NPR. So when exactly do you add the pasta?

Where it says “add all the restaurant of the ingredients” it means all BUT the pasta!

Never made chicken noodle soup in IP or Pressure cooker. Making one for new years day lol.. I’m actually a big fan of thick soups… Happy new year to you and family!
