I’ve been enjoying these lazy summer days where I don’t need to wake up early and stress about getting the kids ready to school on time. All that is going to change, though, when they go back to school and I’ll find myself scrambling to get them and myself out the door on time. I found three awesome products to help me look good (and stay sane) during this transitional time of getting used to our new schedules.
neuENVY Peptide Enhanced Mascara, $32
I don’t wear a lot of makeup but mascara is a must when I have to leave the house and want to look awake. This mascara contains a proprietary blend of bioengineered peptides, which is a compound of different amino acids that helps rejuvenate eyelashes and enhance their overall appearance. In addition, plant-derived oils, extracts and vitamins nourish and improve the texture of the eyelashes.
Remane Straight by CurlKeeper $9.99 for 3.4oz bottle
If you blow-dry your hair a few times per week to straighten it, you want to avoid harsh chemicals; Remane Straight is the perfect product for you. Pure extracts of chamomile, Oat Straw, Sage and Nettle protect the hair from extreme heat. The light, non-greasy formula prevents flyaways and frizz due to humidity, plus there’s no build-up, so hair feels cleaner, longer.
Nourishing Daily Shampoo by Arbonne, $24
Even the healthiest hair needs to be cleaned and moisturized. This shampoo is perfect for daily use and is safe for colored hair. It smells good enough to eat (can someone at Arbonne please make a body lotion with this scent?) and contains cucumber, kiwi, lemon, orange mandarin, grapefruit and a plethora of other plant and flower extracts and oils. It also works well as a cleanser after a day at the pool.
fango ESSENZIALI Sheet Mask in ENERGIZE, $24
This heavenly-scented facial mask comes in a 4-pack and is a super-easy way to look refreshed after a sleepless night. You can leave it for 5 minutes (or up to 25 if you’ve got extra time) and when you wash it off you will feel rejuvenated. Pomegranate extract contains antioxidants that energize the skin and have anti-aging properties. Mango extract naturally exfoliates and renews the skin. The mask also contains papaya extract and Acai fruit.
I was not compensated for this post. I received samples.
