Quick Freezer/Pantry Dinner Idea: Lemon Garlic Salmon over Pasta

This is a quick and healthy dinner that you can make with ingredients from your freezer and pantry.
  • Tessemae's Lemon Garlic Dressing and Marinade
  • Frozen (or fresh) wild salmon - 2 pieces
  • Whole wheat rotini
  • Frozen (or fresh) peas
  1. Defrost Salmon in hot water. Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper or foil, add Tessemae's Lemon Garlic Dressing and Marinade on top. Note: If I had more time, I would have marinated it for a while.
  2. Broil on high for 9 minutes or so.
  3. Make whole wheat rotini pasta according to directions on package
  4. Before you drain pasta, put frozen peas at the bottom of the colander so the hot water will warm them.
  5. Take salmon out of broiler and flake it when it's cooler.
  6. Add pasta and peas to bowl.
  7. Add more Tessemae's Lemon Garlic Dressing.
  8. Add flaked salmon on top and serve!
