Scrumptious Chicken Soup With Rice

  • 1 Chicken (use either organic or kosher)
  • 1 package Soup Greens (most supermarkets should offer this, it's carrots, celery, a turnip, parsnip, and herbs, packaged together).
  • 1 package organic baby carrots
  • 1 yellow onion
  • ½ package celery
  • 3 Containers Chicken Stock (or use chicken boullon cubes and water)
  • 8 Cups water
  1. Cut up whole chicken with scissors
  2. Open Soup Greens package and peel carrots, turnip, and parsnip
  3. Peel onion and cut into quarters
  4. Cut up celery
  5. Add in chicken stock
  6. Add water
  7. Simmer for 3 hours.
  8. Skim fat off top
  9. Skim out onion pieces (if you wish)
  10. Before you serve, heat up Vetee Rice and then add to soup.
